Our Quality Guarantee
Cascade Cryobank adheres to strict internal quality standards to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction. Our vial specifications are guaranteed within a 20% margin of error, provided the vial is thawed according to our recommended thawing procedures.
For example, an IUI 10 vial guaranteed to contain 10 million motile sperm cells per 0.5 mL would not be eligible for a refund if post-thaw analysis shows 8 million motile sperm cells, as this falls within the acceptable variance range.
Please note that IVF/ICSI vials are intentionally prepared at lower concentrations and are therefore not eligible for refunds or replacements based on post-thaw motile sperm counts.

If a vial falls outside of these specifications by more than the allowable 20% variance and has been thawed according to our procedures, it may qualify for review, for refund, or replacement.
