Dr. John Carpenter, Medical Director and Founder

Dr. Carpenter has shaped our organization around two core principles: ensuring the highest quality standards and fostering openness between our donors and clients. Dr. Carpenter attended medical school at the University of Washington, completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Arizona and has been practicing laboratory medicine in the Seattle area since 2010. His vision centers on building a diverse and substantial donor pool, featuring individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. He believes in empowering intended parents with as much information as possible about their donors.

Dylan Morgan, Chief Operations Officer

Dylan attended the University of Washington, graduating in 2020 with his B.Sc. in Biochemistry, as well as a minor in Entrepreneurship from The Foster School of Business. Through his education and experience, Dylan was able to cultivate a knack for market analysis and strategic positioning that has set him apart. Through his work managing Cascade Cryobank operations on a daily basis, Dylan upholds the companies key values of confidence, clarity, and compassion and fosters a team mentality that believes in them and acts accordingly.

Jennifer Nelson, Donor Coordinator & Laboratory Manager

Jenni graduated in 2022 from Western Washington University with a B.S. in molecular biology. Driven by a deep love for science and connecting with people, she became an invaluable member of the Cascade Cryobank team. Jenni ensures that the donors represented by the company align with Cascade Cryobank’s values and high standards while overseeing laboratory processing for safety and compliance. Her dedication to helping others achieve their dreams of building a family shines through her work, making her a vital part of the company's mission.

Jocel Clark, Laboratory Lead

Jocel is a biology graduate with a B.S. in Biology and minors in Neuroscience and Health Studies from the University of Washington Bothell, graduating Cum Laude. Her academic background and experience as a Laboratory Technician have led to her role as Lead Laboratory Technician at Cascade Cryobank. Jocel brings a strong foundation in laboratory techniques, data collection, and scientific analysis, where she supports reproductive health by preserving and handling human reproductive cells. She is driven by precision and an adherence to safety standards, ensuring the highest quality and accuracy in Cascade Cryobank's laboratory operations.
