We believe purchasing donor sperm shouldn’t be overwhelming- that’s why at Cascade Cryobank, it only takes 3 easy steps to turn your dreams of starting a family into a reality. Whether you are just starting your donor search or ready to place an order, our dedicated team is always available to assist you. We want to make sure growing your family is a straightforward and seamless experience.
The Process
Search For Your Perfect Donor
Browse through our catalog of carefully selected donors to find the best donor for your family. In order to have unlimited access to our full donor profiles and access personality tests, you will need to register for a free account. Full profiles include details like hobbies and passions, childhood memories, goals, personality traits, and staff impressions.
If you would prefer to search through our donors without registering, you will still have access to basic details, the “About Me” interview section, and summarized staff impressions.
Our team believes that families should have free access to donor information. We intentionally do not have any paid features or membership accounts for donor details; we simply request account creation for extended personal donor information.
We continuously work to build relationships with our donors, beyond just small talk. If you have any specific questions about a donor or simply want to learn more about them, please do not hesitate to contact us. We more than likely have the answer and are happy to share it with you.
Vial Selection and Paperwork
Once you have found your perfect donor, decide on what kind of vial you would like to purchase. We offer IUI, ICI, and IVF vials. Information on our vial pricing and various quality/ ID disclosure levels can be found on out Pricing page. Please note, not all vial types are always available for every donor.
In addition to deciding the vial type and quantity, please complete the forms applicable to your insemination:
- Recipient Agreement and donor-specific Genetic Liability Release Form (for all orders and inseminations)
- Clinical Release Form (for inseminations performed at a fertility clinic)
- Physician Release Form (for inseminations performed at-home)
All of these forms will be automatically emailed to you after checkout, and more detailed instructions can be found under the “Resources” tab on our “Forms” page.
Order and Delivery
Congratulations! You have found your perfect donor, selected your vials, and completed the necessary forms. You are officially ready to place your order! You can place your order for vials directly on our website, by calling (206) 659-7034, or emailing service@cascadecryobank.com.
We currently have multiple delivery options:
- Those local to the greater Seattle Area can receive free or reduced shipping
- Free pickup is available for local recipients as well
- 2-Day Delivery
