Apply to Become a Sperm Donor
The first step you will need to do is navigate to our application page and fill it out. Note that you should also check that you meet our requirements before you do this. We are strict about what we are looking for and will favor donor candidates that meet them.
What we are looking for:
- Male 21-39 years old.
- Donors need to be active, free of diseases, proportionate weight to height.
- Willing to do at least a 6-month commitment of around 10-30 minutes a week after the initial screening.
- Live near Lynwood, WA.
- Needs to be educated and be a current college student or graduate, post-grad student, or a working professional.
- Need to be able to work in the United States.
Schedule Your Initial Appointments
Once you make it through the application phase, we schedule a phase of initial interviews and appointments. We will invite you to an initial interview, where we will meet you, discuss your reasons for wanting to become a donor, and review your educational and professional history.
From there, we will also ask for a semen sample to determine if it will work for reproductive therapy. If your character is exceptional and your semen passes our tests, we will ask you back for a complete clinical and physical evaluation and clinical laboratory testing.
If the evaluation phase goes well, we will invite you to become a donor and admit you into the program. Then, you will submit regularly until you need to retire – sperm donors can only submit until their cap is reached.
