The Process
Admission to Cascade Cryobank’s Sperm Donor Program is a simple, yet selective process. If you are accepted into the program, our team will work with you to create the best possible donation experience.
Apply Online Now
Fill out our interest questionnaire to see if you are eligible to be a donor. If you meet the initial requirements to become a donor, one of our team members will contact you through your preferred method of communication to schedule a screening call. During the call they will discuss the donation process, answer any questions you may have, and determine if you are qualified to proceed to the next step of the screening process.
Initial Appointment
If you pass the initial screening process, one of our team members will reach out and invite you to schedule an appointment to perform an initial semen evaluation to determine if the specimen is acceptable for use in assisted reproductive therapy. Some may be asked to return for second semen evaluation. Those who are able to produce acceptable specimens are invited to start the onboarding process. All testing will be free of charge to you and covered by Cascade Cryobank.
Admission to the Program
Once you pass all of the screening procedures, you will receive an email letting you know that you have been accepted to the donor program, along with a donor handbook.

Regular Donor
You are now considered a regular donor! Our team will diligently work with you to find the most convenient times to schedule your donation appointments. You will be expected to donate between 1 to 3 times a week. You will be paid $125 for each donation, which can add up to over $1,400 per month!
