Corey Burke, Chief Operating Officer
Corey Burke is a nationally respected leader in the field of reproductive health with over 25 years of experience. Beginning as an andrologist in 1998, he advanced into donor-based fertility and embryology, contributing to the creation of more than 3,000 children throughout his tenure. He has held influential leadership roles including Tissue Bank Director and Executive Vice President at Cryos International, where he launched and expanded sperm and egg banks across the U.S. and internationally. He co-founded Embryo Donation International and helped launch Premier Sperm Donors in California. Burke has guided organizations through more than 25 Food and Drug Administration tissue inspections and has been a prominent advocate for regulatory improvements, by contributing expert testimony and speaking nationally. Through scientific excellence, regulatory leadership, and global collaboration, he continues to expand access to safe, ethical pathways to parenthood for families worldwide.
Dr. John Carpenter, Medical Director and Founder
Dr. Carpenter has shaped our organization around two core principles: ensuring the highest quality standards and fostering openness between our donors and clients. Dr. Carpenter attended medical school at the University of Washington, completed a residency in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the University of Arizona and has been practicing laboratory medicine in the Seattle area since 2010. His vision centers on building a diverse and substantial donor pool, featuring individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. He believes in empowering intended parents with as much information as possible about their donors.
