Hello and thank you for your interest in becoming a sperm donor with Cascade Cryobank! We’re looking for exceptional men between the ages of 19 and 39 who are interested in donating for approximately one year or longer, with scheduled visits between one to three times per week.

If you move forward in this application process, we’ll invite you to our Lynnwood clinic to provide two initial samples on different days. You’ll receive $40 for each visit as a thank-you for your time and effort.

Once you become an approved donor, compensation can be up to $125 per donation. Donors who provide at least 10 qualifying samples in a month earn an additional $150 bonus, with the opportunity to make up to $1,400 per month over time.
